The Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes was so pretty that I decided to look for something similar in Salt Lake City. This is the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
I guess that makes this the Jordan River?
I biked through town on the 9 Line Trail which meets up with the Jordan River Parkway Trail at the International Peace Gardens. The backside of the gardens has bridges like this that connect with neighborhoods across the river.
The trail as it leaves the International Peace Gardens and goes south. Around the far curve I’m about encounter nature challenge level: verdant goatheads, which means I get to learn how to change a couple of flat mountain bike tires. Yay for learning!
