So while my dad visited this weekend we were in a celebratory mood because it was fall break at the University of Utah and Columbus Day weekend (which in Salt Lake City means the start of prime fall colors). The party started at Vertical Diner. (This is the peanut butter brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top.)
