Driving from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles takes you through Las Vegas, so you might as well stop and eat. This is the Wynn buffet.
My first visit to the Wynn buffet was so overwhelming that I failed to take pictures of the buffet itself. This time I swore I’d document all the stations. I took this picture and then forgot all about it in the whirlwind of planning what to eat next.
Round 1. We have citrus-beet salad, roasted veggies, olives, vegan egg rolls, vegan sushi, vegan ravioli (it’ll change your life), pretzel rolls, all the grapefruit juice they had left, and a variety of desserts.
While we were in Vegas we also visited the “proud to be vegan” Veggie House for seaweed salad, sweet and sour chicken, and …
… ice cream with crispy baked lotus root chips. It was delicious!
