For my first post-vaccination outing, I wanted a chocolate croissant. Chaumont Bakery & Cafe is a viennoiserie (I had to look that word up) that opened in 2013.
When they kept getting requests for vegan items, they decided to take over the place next door and turn it into a totally plant-based version of the original.
And so in April 2021 Chaumont Vegan was born.
