Both Cinnaholic and Panda Express has special-occasion vegan events in July!
First up is “Cinnaholic Day” on July 20, celebrating the all-vegan chain’s 11th anniversary with $1 Old Skool rolls (a classic cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting).
Then on July 26 Panda Express started testing their Beyond Orange Chicken at select locations in California and New York. I wasn’t able to make it until August 7, and since it sold out so quickly (they sold 1,300 pounds the first day) I ended up driving to Rosemead.
But Rosemead had the chicken! I’ve never tried Panda’s orange chicken, but the Beyond Chicken version is delightful. Hopefully they make it permanent at their Long Beach location.
