Viva Tacoma is the kind of place that’s so good that I want to go back until I’ve tried all the things. So when my parents were here, we stopped by for brunch! This is the breakfast burrito (tofu sausage, eggs, grilled onion, sweet potato hash browns kale, cheddar cheese, and avocado).
We got parking across the street!
The biscuits and gravy (covered in Portobello mushroom gravy, walnut breakfast sausage, nacho cheese sauce, and green onion).
And the French toast brulee (multigrain bread dipped in vanilla cinnamon chia batter sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup, fruit syrup, vanilla bean cashew cream, and fruit).
On our way out we stopped by the bakery case. This is a coconut cake-like thing covered in chocolate.
