Beatnic is a 100% vegan chain with several locations in NYC. This is the Meze Medley bowl with kale, quinoa, mushroom shawarma, white bean hummus, pickled beets, cucumber tomato salad, lavash chips, and mint, topped with lemon vinaigrette and tofu crema.
It’s nice to have a vegan chain in town because there’s always a Beatnic nearby if I can’t find vegan food.
It’s Veggie-Grill style, with burgers, wraps, salads, etc. (But their sweet potato fries were a bit soggy compared to Veggie Grill.)
