When I first booked my Airbnb for NYC, I did a search for vegan food within half a mile. There were TONS of results (relatively), and one of the standouts in my mind was Matthew Kenney’s Double Zero. How cool is it to be walking distance from some of the world’s best vegan pizza?!
For my first trip, I got the margherita pizza so I could compare it to other margherita pizzas. (Sort of like establishing a baseline. Like I get a maple bar at a new donut place, or mint chocolate chip at a new ice cream place.) It was good pizza! The cheese was especially good (it’s cashew mozzarella).
