Planta wants dining to become an unguilty pleasure by making it vegan. This is the California Roll with hearts of palm, avocado, cucumber, and macadamia nut. It’s wrapped in white (something) instead of seaweed, which I thought was cool. It was tasty!
I got there for early brunch.
