I haven’t had much luck finding an all-vegan donut place in Manhattan, but The Doughnut Project has vegan options, and they are DELICIOUS. (Plus it’s staffed by an all-female team!)

Pumpkin Spice Latte. Pumpkin spice and espresso glaze topped with espresso dust.
Cinnamon Toast. Cinnamon glaze and cinnamon streusel topping.
Cereal Milk Crunch. Oat milk glaze and crunchy cornflake cereal topping. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, but this one is GOOD. It’s got that sweet and salty thing going on (plus adding a corn product to anything makes it taste amazing).
Coco Loco. Coconut cream glaze topped with toasted coconut and chocolate and caramel drizzle.
