Back at the French Market to try Holy Crepes, which has vegan options! They have a vegan crepe batter, vegan cheese, Earth Balance butter, and vegan pesto. I started with the classic lemon and sugar crepe for my sweet crepe option.
Then for my savory crepe option I got the Le Pesto crepe with vegan cheese, spinach, tomato, and vegan pesto.
