From New Orleans I headed for San Antonio to spend the night (before continuing on to Arizona, and then home to California). I got to meet up with fellow nomads Kelsi and Chris who have been exploring San Antonio and finding all the good food. Kelsi did the research for a place near my hotel and we ended up at Thai House 2, which has some very yummy food. This is the yellow curry.
Plus they can do the Pad Thai without eggs! It was a fitting final adventure, since Kelsi also met up with me for this trip’s first adventure (well, the first one I did without Nene) in Leavenworth, WA.
