So you’re wandering NYC in January and it’s 20-something degrees and sleeting and you’re thinking, “Probably not going to take a lot of photos because it’s too cold to take my hands out of my pockets,” and then you see an octopus on the sidewalk and suddenly curiosity conquers cold.
These sculptures are part of the Love the Last exhibit to raise awareness for the estimated 1 million species headed toward extinction in the next decades. This piece is called “The Wild Table of Love.”
