After a day in Santa Monica, Mondo Taco. Alyssa had Soyrizo tacos and I had mushroom meatball and marinara tacos. Both were out of this world. I still think about those mushroom meatballs occasionally.
Our first stop was Grand Central Market for Sarita’s Pupuseria.
Hugo’s, where the awesomeness of my best friend was reinforced when she talked the server into giving her the vegan bacon recipe.
