I wanted to wander Park City during Sundance at least once before I graduate.
Up early to catch the train to the bus.
Waiting for the Park City bus with some skiers and a friendly sweater-wearing dachshund. Due to the snow, traffic, and some accidents, the bus arrived fairly late.
The snow, traffic, and accidents got worse as the morning went on so that our scheduled 8:43 a.m. arrival turned into a noon arrival. Oh well. First stop, the bookstore!
Rumor attributed traffic to the influx of people for the Women’s March on Main, which was scheduled from 9-11 a.m. I had hoped to get some photos of the march, and hear Aisha Tyler speak at the rally afterward, but by the time the bus made it to Park City the participants had mostly scattered.
Supposedly the Women’s March on Main started here.
Evidence of Sundance!
Lunch at Squatters. (Through the window of one of the buses in Park City’s free transit system.)
Thankfully they were still serving breakfast for lunch–vegan breakfast burrito and hash browns.
Deer Valley Resort.
Sundance posters.
I did see a celebrity! Chris O’Dowd going to talk with the Hollywood Reporter.
