Brunch with Alyssa! I took Amtrak to Philadelphia and we headed for Fitz on 4th, a vegan tapas place. It’s the kind of place where they make things themselves like the pumpkin butter and the meatball blend. It was really good. It’s probably one of the best places I’ve tried on this trip.

The server recommended that we order two or three things each. So this is Alyssa’s lentil meatballs with tzatziki sauce.
And her nachos.
I went with that day’s specials. These are the butternut squash tacos.
And their meatballs made with brand-name vegan meat (I forget if it was Impossible or Beyond), plus their own meatball magic.
