Every year at the holidays I see people visiting the folding tables at Whole Foods and picking up boxed feasts, and they look excited, so I’ve always wanted to order a holiday feast from Whole Foods.

Fortunately, they have a vegan Thanksgiving option! It’s mostly dishes from Chef Chloe Coscarelli supplemented with a few Whole Foods offerings. There’s miso creamed greens, coconut sweet potato casserole, jalapeno cornbread dressing, cremini mushroom roast (and mushroom gravy), and pumpkin curry soup.

It was really good, like I miss it now that it’s gone, and I’m wondering if they have something similar for Christmas.
I also made a pumpkin pie, my favorite Thanksgiving thing. (Whole Foods might have vegan pumpkin pie, but I didn’t check.)
