You can visit Pandora at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom! The main attraction is Avatar Flight of Passage, which simulates flying around on an ikran (the dragon-bird animals from the movie).
We were there on a day where the ride was having technical difficulties, so while waiting in line there were constant announcements that the 150-minute wait time might actually be longer because they weren’t able to send as many people through as they could normally. I think they might have foreseen situations like this because there was a bathroom in line!
But the ride was well worth the line. It was SO COOL. It was like a more intense Soarin’, but you’re on a fixed-in-the-ground rocking horse that breathes. Is it better than Rise of the Resistance? Maybe. Either way, it’s definitely up there.
