I’m back in New York for a few weeks, mostly because I couldn’t resist.
My first (non-food) stop was Central Park for a walk around the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis reservoir.
I’m too late for the tulips, but there’s some stunning hydrangea shrubs in the tree pits.
My first day here was rainy, cold, miserable. The next morning was just gorgeous.
The bagels. Just so good.
I always wanted to try corn ribs. I got in late, so most of the food I was familiar with was closed. But one of the reasons I love Manhattan is that there’s always something vegan within walking distance at any time of day. In this case Vegan Grill came to the rescue. The corn ribs were better than I imagined. They also had a vegan crunchwrap!
