Echo Park! Who knew?
The swans are paddle boats! You can paddle your swan across the lake while enjoying a view of the DTLA skyline.
My visit to Echo Park was a happy side effect of my actual goal, the legendary Sage Plant Based Bistro. (There was definitely a wait for lunch.)
I felt overwhelmed by a menu where everything was 1) vegan and 2) supposed to be amazing, so my server recommended the dill cheese tostada (and the pecan sticky bun above).
