Seabrook is a planned community established in the early 2000s, which might be nice out of context. After driving other parts of the peninsula however, it seems like an abandoned Stepford-esque theme park. There’s a Montessori school, a town hall, and an electric car charging station. With the exception of a woman in a salmon-colored hoodie riding circles on her bike, the streets and beach are empty. Construction equipment sits silent on a weekday near the “future town center.” But it looks like they sell well-appointed tiny homes (530-ish square feet), which I find tempting.
