
The weather is getting nice–it was 20-something degrees, and now it’s 70-something degrees. I’d noticed this park earlier, but it was too cold to go exploring.

Louis Armstrong Park is 32 acres and was dedicated in 1980.

There’s a firehouse in the park! It’s also home to the Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts.
