Sugar Taco, although a relative newcomer to Long Beach, quickly worked its way into my favorites. The restaurant is 100% vegan, and it is delicious. (The best thing is the you-pick-three taco plate.)
They have a lot of goodies on the menu from entrees to horchata to churro donuts.
This is the half-order of nachos.
They opened just under a year ago.
In addition to the great food, Sugar Taco is a draw because of its tranquil flower-filled patio.
The inside is adorable, too.
